FWIW, Art Y. from ReactOS mentioned to me at LW2008 that the ReactOS
"team" (perhaps he meant just himself) may be interested in working
with Haiku to create a ndiswrapper implementation for both systems.

Since the ReactOS people have a fairly deep understanding of the
internals of windows and the driver model - they could probably
provide good feedback on this process. They still need to work on
their own NDIS support as well, and Art seemed to think it would be
interesting if both projects worked on it together.

This was just an idea of course - so if anyone is interested in this
idea, I can put them in contact with Art to hash out the details of
such a project. As ReactOS is GPL, I'm not sure if there would be
licensing problems or not - this would have to be hashed out as part
of the disucssion as well I suppose.
