The FAQ said to introduce myself so here goes: I've been writing code for years and am in my junior year of computer engineering. Just finished taking the last year and a half off from school to get away form homework and tests, and have paid the bills as a contract software engineer. The languages I use the most, and therefore am best with are C, Python and Java - but am not a stranger to C++, I just rarely find myself using it. I do not have special domain-relevant experience such as kernel or filesystem work, but I do understand low-level systems coding fairly well, and am pretty decent with advanced data-structures and algorithms (Finished my University's 3 semester sequence in this before I quit and transfered) Until school gets underway and I can make a better assessment of my availability, I can only commit about 10 hrs a week right now. I have no preferred starting point, but if you want to throw me to the wolves right off the bat in something really tough - I'm going to need some kind of mentor to help me get acclimated to the domain-specific task. Hope I can be of some help, -Max
