I have now finally uploaded those optional packages.
BTW, trying to upload via "scp" always failed due to "stalling". Using
"sftp" worked without problems...
I also updated build/jam/OptionalPackages with hrev43764, so
installoptionalpackage should pick up on these new packages with newer
revisions.
Again, I'm sorry it took me so long. Thanks to our GCI students who
collected the files, esp. Aras Ergus, who did the most work for the
audio, video and data packages.
