Updating this is a boring work, and because of license problems, we even
have to rewrite what's already in the Be Book (the BeOS docs, which are
under a CC-ND license). So there is a lot of work to do here
(documenting BeOS functions and all the new nice things we added).

The source for this is in Haiku git repository, src/docs/user. We use
doxygen, and pushing changes to git gets them online on the website the
next day.
