Hello;
I've added some basic stylesheets to the docbook output so it's a bit
nicer to look at. Also I added better support for fallback-to-bitmap
when browsers don't support SVG. Unfortunately Modernizr [1] seems to
think Web+ supports SVG images when it actually doesn't seem to. For
this reason, I had to put a special check in for Web+.
There are also some new Russian localization tweaks from Dmitriy.
Oliver; when you get a moment, could you please deploy from tag
"haikudepotserver-1.0.37". Thank you.
