I'd like to see us experiment with this after the alpha4 release. We
can probably ask Rene for his app icon menu code from Vision (or it
could be replicated easily enough.) We could add it to the shared kit
to start, experiment with adding it to a few apps, and see how we like
it. If it seems OK we can then implement in all the applications where
it makes sense, and consider making it a public API item. I will say
after using Mac OS X for a while it is nice to always know the about,
preferences and app-level quit are in the app-named menu.
