I can see your point, perhaps specifying font sizes in pt's would not
be such a bad idea after all. I'd have to redesign the whole layout
though as it currently uses px's everywhere. Do you think it would be
a good idea to make the page 8.5 in == 612pt wide as well? The
UserGuide might benefit from the same treatment.

I know IE 8 doesn't have SVG support at least so it depends on how
compatible with browsers we'd want to be. If we were to use SVG icons
with PNG fallbacks we could probably get away with it. We'd have to
export the HVIF icons as SVGs which I am guessing Icon-O-Matic is
capable of.
