This issue is still here on hrev46102. I've also tried to install Haiku
from a live cd on an initialized BFS SD card. I can mount and properly use
this disk, but isn't available, as destination, inside "Installer".
I've also tried with Haiku Alpha 4.1 and the installer, in this case, is
able to immediately see this disk.
