 Thunderbird certainly doesn't have that option in the prime spot in UI.
 It's in the menu in Thunderbird. Whereas in Mail it's a drop-down that is
 ALWAYS visible both when composing and when reading e-mail.

 I don't mind that option, it might still be useful. I just don't think it
 deserves the prime spot it currently has.
