Here's another idea regarding Deskbar and its icon size (see also #4971).
Using CTRL-ALT-right-click-resizing, horizontal resizing could resize
Deskbar's width, as expected. Vertical resizing would then determine icon
size. The min-size would be the current Deskbar appearance.
