I've been using the Kinesis Advantage style keyboards since the late 90s
and they pretty much saved me from RSI hell. Their main difference is
that your fingers move in straight lines and in a curve (hard to
explain) instead of the diagonals on traditional keyboards. I don't
know if they're wide enough for your hands/arms, but I'm 6' and don't
feel "trapped" the way I do on a laptop keyboard.
