I'll be happy to take a crack at that, I need to work on cutter/CNC design.
Speaking of that, if anybody has any recommendations (tutorials,
videos, apps) I'm all eyes.

What do the panels need to consist of? Sounds like a job for the CNC
or laser cutter...
