Yeah, I've seen them before, I linked to them at the end of my earlier
post :-). They're cool, but generally expensive:

Your popular woodworking page above has a link to castersupply's floor
locks, those are also pretty pricey but they have some nice "economy
steel" jobs for around $20, best price I've seen so far. At $72 for a
set of four that's almost enough to make it worth using these instead
of screwing around with hinges & etc.
