Pelin,
por favor pega el contenido del archivo para entender mejor.
Cual es la intencion de habilitar o deshabilitar fuentes ?
El UPDATE lo tenes q hacer si o si para mantener consistencia en la BBDD de
packages (ponelo en un cron q se ejecute a las 1am si tenes problemas de
ancho de banda).
El UPGRADE mejor hacelo manual cada 2 dias.
Explicame cual es el objetivo de cambiar constantemente las sources.
