Hi Dan,
Guispeak is hosted on Freelists, and so you'll find
information at //www.freelists.org
I run quite a few lists there, and while I'm sighted myself,
I know that many lists there are run by screen reader users.
Freelists are also free, and so far over the last 4 or 5
years are without spam. I also like the fact that you can
get hold of a human being to answer questions and help.
Administration of a list is not exactly rocket science,
although you do have to spend a little time setting things
up the way you want the list to work.
I'm happy to give you some help to get started, so feel free
to drop me a line off list at george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi all,
I am the vice president of an alumni at a school for the
visually
immpaired.I have been asked to set up a list for our
alumni/board where
graduates/alumnist can post messages and the boa4rd caan
post information
I have asked a few other lists hoping to learn how to do
this with very
little help. A few asked why I wanted the list and never got
back to me. I
am genuinely sorry for posting this on this list. But
members here in the
past have been very helpful and understanding to others. I
am visually
impaired myself.
I'd like the list to be closed so it is not posted to the
world thus
atracting many non-alumni contacts.
Anyway, please forgive me for posting this here but please
