hello Debra,

i would strongly suggest that you join the Trekker list. There are many expert level Trekker users on that list, and, occasionally, someone from Humanware will participate. As you go along, you will most likely have many questions, and will occasionally need help and tech support. The trekker list is a good place to get whatever info and help you need.

To join, simply send a blank message to:

trekker-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

if you also have the Maestro option, there is a list for that to. Simply send a blank message to: maestro-pda-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Take care,
Andy

Hello,

I just received a new trekker and am at my wit's end as to where to begin. I need a really geeky person to help me with this. I thought I could, but I am stumped. If it has to be done over the phone, email me privately with you number and time you want me to call since I am on a flat rate plan. I have supposedly installed activesync. I think the USB port is identified by the computer, as it hadn't been before. What do I do now. Thanks for any help.
