[guispeak] new trekker

Hello,
I just received a new trekker and am at my wit's end as to where to
begin. I need a really geeky person to help me with this. I thought I
could, but I am stumped. If it has to be done over the phone, email
me privately with you number and time you want me to call since I am
on a flat rate plan. I have supposedly installed activesync. I think
the USB port is identified by the computer, as it hadn't been before.
What do I do now. Thanks for any help.
