In a word, No.

Look at any of Netgear's Routers at the URL below where ADSL
appears in the product name.  For example, their "54 Mbps
Wireless ADSL Firewall Router", Model DG834G.

my last message.  I just wanted to no if there's anyone
using the Netgear RangeMax 108Mbps Wireless Firewall 4-port
Router
  and does it have a modem already on it?
