Do you mean open the message or the attachment?

Wel, the way I do it is when the message is open, hit ALT-F for the "File" menu. Arrow down to "Save attachment" and hit enter and follow the prompts. After saving it to a folder on your systemm, simply navigate to that folder and hit ENTER on the file. it will open in the program that is meant to open that file, i. e. MS WORD, NOTEPAD, etc. Note that if the file is a PDF, you will need to have the Adobe Reader installed on your system.
