[guispeak] Retreaving message off host server

Hi everyone,
I have a question about getting a message off of SBC sever. I
downloaded my mail on my sister's computer because I was having
problems with my computer so now there's a couple of important
messages I need to download to my computer but I don't no how to get
it off the SBC server. Could someone tell me how to download these
messages to my computer? I want to come through my pop account.
