a gary rhodes recipe for crispy roast potatoes 
steve 

1.      Partially boil potato (half normal time).
2.      Roll around in colander to fluff up edges.
3.      Cover in normal flour.
4.      Shallow fry in oil of choice.
5.      Bake until for around 30-40 minutes.
