TRAINS.
My son and I like spotting trains,
We used to spot cars and once even planes,
Off every passing train we had a look,
Then jot down the numbers in our book.
We talked train talk, we were in our prime,
We knew every train and its arrival time,
We watched the Intercity train speed fast,
And then the Royal Mail slowly going past.
Fancy that train going slow as a snail,
My son said "Maybe it's only carrying second class mail."
