[guide.chat] Motorway travel

If anyone intends to travel into the west country via the M5 near Bristol leave
it until much later as the road over the river Avon at Avonmouth north bound is
at a standstill and has been for the last four hours ,north bound from junction
22 right through to the M4/5 cross over is at a stand still and the south bound
is not much better .
Have a safe journey ok .
