Hi Clare,
What a horrible experience especially as you missed your coach. no doubt you
had to wait ages for another one.
we can well do without this kind of discrimination as its hard enough getting
around, particularly in London and so frustrating when this kind of thing just
makes it all the harder. Keep smiling and plod on.
