well I would have concerns about this.
the thing is that dogs do not know where to step, so they have had trapped paws
in the past.
this is why dogs had to be carried.
or the moving foot path had to be stopped.
the card should work the other way.
asking for the device to be turned off, I would not be able to carry my dog up
stairs and most other gdos would not be able to do this.
another silly ruling that has not been thought through and people consulted for
the facts.
