Hi Sally,
I to am deaf in my left ear. So I got an hearing aid so I could balance up the
sound of traffic while I was using my guide dogs. It worked wonders. All my
real health problems started when I reached 42 years. MY Aching bones, hearing,
and I was told that I would be totally blind in ten years time.So, instead of
worrying about it I decided to treat it as a new way off life and a
challange.Like you said, Life is to short and worrying gets you nowhere. My
children tell me that I do silly things now like an old person. I tell them
that I am a pensioner now and that I am aloud to do daft things because I am
in my second childhood and I love it because I can get away with murder. He he
he he.
