badges that are not already pre-printed. We will provide booth space and
meals for two staff members.

Also, I cannot recall if we are giving Bridgeway a booth -- Bill do you
remember? They are not a 'paid vendor', hence not on the vendor list in
regpack (If they are getting a booth, it shouldn't matter where you put
them.

Does Karen have the vendor list in the order in which their payments
were received? Also, she may have questions about placement according to
SIS, etc. During the last meeting, we discussed leaving PowerSchool
vendors (and sessions) on the second floor since K12 Solutions Group paid
first (assigning them the first booth closest to the rotunda) on the first
floor. At any rate...this may be the hold up for her assigning booth
numbers??? Let me know if there is anything I can do to assist.

Morning,
I have Vendors that are calling because they need information and have
concerns regarding the GSIS Conference. The issues that they expressed to
me are the following:
1. They can’t get electricity at their booth because they don’t
have a Vendor #
2. They would love it if someone in the Vendor Department will
contact them to tell them what’s all needed for their booth/setup. ( I
know
that this information may be on our website, however, I think they would
like to speak with a live person to discuss the details with them.
3. Also, they expressed that they can’t order anything from the
Trade Center without knowing what booth they will be at.
Will someone that handles this Department of the conference please
reach out to our Vendors. I definitely know one that is getting really
frustrated. Thanks in advance.
