We do the same thing. What I am trying to decide is, if we send home a student demographic sheet twice a year and on that sheet we ask if the student can have Internet Access and refer to the AUP in our Code of Conduct in the handbook. Would this work as far as the documentation we need on file. Then we are only keeping up with one sheet of paper instead of two.
