No, we do not require a withdrawal form.  If we did, we would be turning 90% of
our students away.  They almost never have a withdrawal form when they come
here.

Do you allow students to register if they are currently sitting in another
school in another district and parent does not have a withdrawal form?  Do you
require students to be withdrawn before you enroll?
