Randall Lee explicitly stated at the data conference that if there is no
teacher, then it is not REP and cannot receive REP funding.

recovery course. Have any of you heard of this?

I didn’t think an online course would meet the remedial program
requirements but wanted to check to make sure I was not missing out on some
funding.
