The neighboring county is using a XX.3 course number but reporting a J segment
for FTE funding.

I haven't heard of that. How do they report a .1 class as online? We use the .3
class and make it as credit recovery.

One of my high school schedulers were told by a neighboring district that they
report a remedial segment for any student taking an online credit recovery
course.  Have any of you heard of this?

I didn't think an online course would meet the remedial program requirements
but wanted to check to make sure I was not missing out on some funding.
