[gptalk] Email Program

Hello:
I hope maybe someone can help me with this problem. I would like to set
Microsoft Outlook as the default email program for the system and start
menu. Currently my computers on the domain are defaulting to Windows
Live as the email program on the start menu.
Please advise of any solutions that you may have.
