Booker-
Have you checked the MS spreadsheet at the MS download site, that lists all
Admin. Template and security policy settings, and their underlying reg
values?
Also, keep in mind that no Admin. Template policy controls HKEY_USERS --that
key would have to be modified via script.

Under the HKEY users>Default Users >Screen Saver.marquee string value, there
is a value that I would like to set via Group Policy. I changed a setting
in Group Policy related to the Screen Saver, but it does not seem to affect
that value.
