In my case, when it worked, fixes sped up mmarkedly. But so far no one has
answered my question or provided any help, which would be nice since I
raised the question in the first place.

I've never used the agps wth my iblue, or any of my receivers for that
mater, they get a fix fairly fast, using the agps is more trouble than it's
worth in my view.
