Hi Ken,
do the 1-2-3 reset again. to verify if the reset took, go into
navigation. if GPS starts the reset did not take. you'll need to do
it again until you cannot start navigation from the main menu.
Remember to hold down 1-2-3 S-D-F until after the musical chime.
if you have a QT the 1-2-3 reset gets changed into the s-d-f reset.
