Hi,
I have attempted to get to the web site to get my license key. I have
entered my machine serial number with dashes and it says to use my last name
in lower case. This isn't working.
I have pushed the button to have a password mailed to me. It hasn't arrived.
Does anyone know if when entering the serial number you should use the
dashes??
