Hi yes in regard to the battery and the satellites, thank you. I decided that maybe the receiver was not seeing them because inside and when I went out no trouble. Karen

Hi,
try removing the battery for 5 minutes and put the battery back 
in.
This will normally assist if it is taking a long time to get the 
fix.
