Ok, I am not sure if this is the issue or not, but it looks like Tele Atlas
is considering the Holladay address to be in the city of Millcreek. Try
these steps and they should work:
N for Navigation
V for Virtual Mode
1st Address
SPACE with S to Set an Address
Enter State: Utah
Enter City: Millcreek
Enter Address Number: 4500
Enter Street Name: 1300
Define: V for Virtual
SPACE with S to Set an Address
Enter State: Utah
Enter City: Salt Lake City
Enter Address Number: 250
Enter Street Name: 1950
Select, "1950 W, N"
Define: D for Destination
Create a Vehicle Route by pressing R then V.

I have done that and the address was starting point 4500 south 1300 east
ending point is 250 north 1950 west, and the first city is holladay and the
ending city is salt lake city utah from dean
