Chris, Please verify your virtual position and be sure you are in the correct location. You must be in a location that you have maps loaded. Check your location when in virtual mode by depressing the A key. Put your location by using the Cord S command. Call Sender Support if you need assistance. The file I downloaded was 4-5ish mb with two folders and in the maps there is 4 files and in the POI there is 2 files.
