Hi Malaina, I never could get keysoft 7.5 build 28 to load in my voicenote mpower so heck with it. I will just stay with build 20 until something bigger and better comes along. Of course that will most probably be expensive! Thanks, Jim

Hi Jim I was the one who had had problems with the 4.21 and keysoft 7.5 build 28. It worked fine until I had done the reset with the jkl keys held down. I thought I had done something wrong to my gps program or the keysoft program. I was relieved when Charles said they were working on a solution. The build 28 only fixes a printing problem I guess but that build is only for the mpower.

read one email last night about a person having problems with GPS

4.1 and

the last keysoft build for 7.5 build 28.  I was not aware of

build 28 until

then.  I have not yet downloaded and installed KS 7.5 build 28,

but if I do,

Hello Sendero GPS 4.2 users,



Shortly after the release of version 4.2, we discovered a couple

problems,

which we have now fixed. The new version is 4.22 and you should

download

and install your serialized copy via the mysendero website.
This 4.22 release fixes a reset and a bluetooth connectivity

issue.


Log into your account with your serial number and password to

download

your copy of GPS 4.22. This should be installed over your

previous 4.2 or

4.2.1 version.
Remember to do the three-finger reset always required for a new
installation. That is Reset with SDF on the QWERTY keyboard or

Reset with

dots 123 on the BT keyboard units.



Note: If you have a license for version 4.2 and have not yet

installed it,

it is not necessary to install the older version before

installing 4.22.


Sorry for the trouble of multiple releases. We hope you

appreciate our

quick attention to fixing a bug.
