How far is this coming along? Bill's suggestion is only partially correct,
and I am not sure it would work. Not only would you have to add all the
notes into the JAWS dictionary, but all their accidentals as well! I am not
sure what would happen when it came across a written accidental as well.
And the cello plays five octaves!

The phonetic spelling setting in JAWS is probably not working because Lime
is telling JAWS exactly what to say. I'll look into a fix this week.
