[goodfeel] how to write trills

Hello everyone!
How to write trills in Lime properly? I know, that there is \tr symbol, but I
don’t understand how to use it. For example, I have 4/4 measure and need a
trill from C to D during the first beat, then I need to write an exit or
whatever it is called in english. I am interested also about how to write
trills for a measure or longer. It is supposed, that the score will be given to
the sighted user to perform, not for goodfeel.
