[goodfeel] Lime Aloud Problem Notice

Hi,

In the time signature dialog the radiobuttons that indicate whether the new 
time signature should be placed on the current staff only or all staves are 
incorrectly marked as usual and unusual.  The one marked as usual is actually 
the unusual setting and vice versa.  The current incorrect text is "Place this 
new time signature only on the current staff (usual)" and "Place this new time 
signature on all staves (unusual)" when in fact the "all staves" button is the 
usual one.  The default setting of these radiobuttons is the actual usual 
setting so you should be OK if you just leave these radiobuttons alone.
