OK. Reqs proposal time:
* Plugins must be able to have zero or more editors (GUIs). Each editor
may have 1 or more windows.
* Plugin GUIs must be resizable.
* Plugins must be able to expose static and configurable keybindings to the
host.
Any arguments? Did I miss anything?
