APRES LA DEGRADATION DE LA NOTE DE LA FRANCE PAR STANDARD ET POORS
QUE DIRE ET QUE FAIRE ?
La France a vu sa note dégradée par lAgence standard et Poor s après une
première dégradation subie en janvier 2012 sous lère SARKOZY.
Certes le crédit des agences de notation est discutable : Par exemple, elles
nont pas vu pas vu arriver la crise des subprimes en 2008 ?
Cependant, avec le niveau élevé du chômage qui perdure, labsence de
croissance, les réformes structurelles qui ne viennent pas, les déficits
publics notamment dans les collectivités locales et régionales, lesquels,
ne font pas lobjet de mesures rectificatives, la pression fiscale exacerbée
qui altère la confiance populaire vis à vis de lexécutif et qui aggrave la
perte du PA (pouvoir dachat) ressentie et réelle : bref tout ceci invite à
la méfiance !
Il est également des dépenses dont la répartition devrait être revue. Par
exemple, sil faut toujours veiller à perfectionner la formation des
salariés de hautes technologies confrontées à la concurrence et vouées en
bonne partie à lexportation, il est aberrant :que les sans-emploi = celles
et ceux qui souffrent le plus, et dont la réinsertion est plus difficile en
période de crise, ne bénéficient pas dun suivi personnalisé et de
formations qualifiantes.
Si lAllemagne a trop privilégié les exportations en profitant de lUnion
monétaire européenne quitte pour cela à appauvrir une partie de sa
population, la France na pas donné de lefficacité sociale et économique à
nos entreprises et à leurs salariés.
La grande crainte de François HOLLANDE et de son gouvernement (pour ne pas
dire leur hantise) : est celle de lexplosion sociale. Cependant la
politique suivie y mène tout droit !
Noublions pas : notre héritage français du syndicalisme depuis la charte
dAmiens de 1902, et le syndicalisme dominant de lutte de classe
présentement appelé de contestation. En France : sil y a eu la grande
révolution française de 1789 et suite, cest quil ny a pas eu de compromis
entre la monarchie et la bourgeoisie montante comme en Grande-Bretagne, ou
après la réforme luthérienne, laccord des princes allemands avec le système
central ;
Depuis léchec du plan JUPPE et des manifestations qui suivirent provoquant
son départ et les élections : la peur de la crise sociale paralysante est
lappréhension de F.HOLLANDE !
La gauche molle a peur de la gauche révolutionnaire et du syndicalisme
rassemblé de transformation sociale !
Or les plans sociaux qui saccumulent, la baisse du PA, le sentiment
dinsécurité qui persiste,
.contribuent à la colère sociale.
Il faut pour la France une politique industrielle et fiscale et sociale
lisible, comprise, partagée par le peuple avec du sens et une vision. Si
François HOLLANDE, actuellement, nest pas capable de limpulser : il doit
changer de politique et de Ministres.
Sinon : le verdict des urnes lors de la consultation de lélection
européenne sera un défouloir des mécontents de tous poils !
LEUROPE : est actuellement uniquement celle de la stabilisation. LUnion
Européenne sest articulée autour de la monnaie unique, éviter les dettes
des pays est lobsession : cependant, il faut une politique industrielle,
agricole, sociale, audacieuse à stade de la mondialisation qui devrait
alterner : compétitivité et solidarité, qui ne lèse pas les particularismes
nationaux, ceci, sans conduire à la frilosité ou au repli sur soi !
Il manque à lEurope une politique comprise, partagée, car basée sur la
coopération entre les peuples ;
Appelé à voter pour élire les représentants au Parlement européen = bien de
nos compatriotes ignorent encore ce qui se passe au sein de ce Parlement =
la faute à qui ?
Sans doute un insuffisant esprit de recherche citoyen, mais surtout et
beaucoup : une insuffisance pédagogie dinformation et dexplication par
nombre de nos élus politiques et instances médiatiques.
Les intellectuels ne sont pas assez présents dans le débat public, à part
quelques-uns médiatisés, et qui souvent sont clairement répertoriés dans
lun des camps politiques.
Suis-je une survivance de la République des philosophes de PLATON ?

WHAT TO SAY AND WHICH TO MAKE?
France saw its note degraded by the standard Agency and Poor ' S after the
first degradation undergone in January 2012 under the era SARKOZY.
Admittedly the credit of the credit rating agencies is debatable: For
example, didn't they see not considering arriving the crisis of the
subprimes in 2008?
However, with the elevated level of the unemployment which continues, the
absence of growth, the structural reforms which do not come, public deficits
in particular in the local government agencies and regional, which, are not
the object of rectifying measurements, the exacerbated tax pressure which
deteriorates popular confidence screw - with screw of the executive and
which worsens the loss of Pa (purchasing power) felt and real: short all
this invites to mistrust!
It is also expenditure whose distribution should be re-examined. For
example, if it is always necessary to take care to improve the training of
the employees of high technologies confronted with competition and dedicated
of good part of export, it is aberrant:that the unemployed persons = those
and those which suffer more, and whose reintegration are more difficult in
crisis period, do not profit from a personalized follow-up and training
leadings to qualification.
If Germany too much privileged exports while benefitting from the free
European monetary Union for that to impoverish part of its population,
France did not give social and economic effectiveness to our companies and
to their employees.
The great fear of François Hollande and his government (not to say their
obsession): is that of the social explosion. However the pursued policy
carries out straight to it!
Let us not forget: our French heritage of the trade unionism since the
charter of Amiens of 1902, and the trade unionism dominating of class
struggle at present called of dispute. In France: if there were the great
French revolution of 1789 and continuation, it is that there no was
compromise between monarchy and the rising middle-class as in Great Britain,
or after the reform Lutheran, the agreement of the German princes with the
central system;
Since the failure of the plan JUPPE and demonstrations which followed
causing its departure and the elections: the fear of the paralysing social
crisis is the apprehension of F.HOLLANDE!
The soft left is afraid of the revolutionary left and the trade unionism
gathered of social transformation!
However the social plans which accumulate, the fall of Pa, the feeling of
insecurity which persists,
.contribute to social anger.
One needs for France an industrial policy and tax and social readable,
understood, shared by the people with direction and a vision. If François
Hollande, currently, is not able to impel it: he must change policy and
Ministers.
If not: the verdict of the ballot boxes during the consultation of the
European election will be one to défouloir the disgruntled ones of all
hairs!
EUROPE: is currently only that of stabilization. The European Union was
articulated around the single currency, to avoid the debts of the countries
is obsession: however, one needs an industrial policy, agricultural, social,
daring at stage of the globalization which should alternate: competitiveness
and solidarity, which does not injure national particularisms, this, without
leading to the frilosity or the fold on oneself!
It misses in Europe a policy understood, shared, because based on the
co-operation between the people;
Invited to vote to elect the representatives in the European Parliament =
well of our compatriots are still unaware of what occurs within this
Parliament = the fault with which?
Undoubtedly an insufficient spirit of research citizen, but especially and
much: a pedagogy insufficiency of information and explanation per many our
political elected officials and media authorities.
The intellectuals present enough in the public debate, except for some are
not popularized through the media, and which often are clearly indexed in
one of the political camps.
Am I a survival of the Republic of the philosophers of PLATON?
