Dear GHA and CIHE Colleagues: SOME UPDATES: Saturday, June 8, Dr. Kurt Johnson, co-author of THE COMING INTERSPIRITUAL AGE received the "God's Partner" Award at Riverside Church in NYC. About 2000 people were in attendance and it was video'd. He gave a 5 minute acceptance speech (and charge to interfaith seminary graduates) about interspirituality etc., hopefully pointing people in the direction of educating themselves about it!!! BELOW: The Contemplative Alliance (www.gpiw.org) (Dr. Kurt Johnson serves on their steering committee).will convene a 3-day conference June 21-23 (unfortunately this conference is full; however, the final agenda only became available today) on Re-envisioning Prosperity centered on a number of leaders including David Korten (THE GREAT TURNING) (and President of YES magazine) and Barbara Marx Hubbard, among others. Kurt will moderate the section on spirituality and science (FYI-- Kurt's spirituality/science background is reviewed a WIKIPEDIA Kurt Johnson, entomologist).
