Hi Glenn,

You have a program that was downloaded with Cachemate called Cachemate 
Converter. Start that up and load the GPX file that you want to send to 
Cachemate. Select the caches you want to upload and Convert them. Make 
sure you enable long cache descriptions when you load the GPX file. 
Cachemate will ask you for a filename, choose anything you want. It will 
then ask you which Palm user you want to upload to.
