Elkie, the Chirp is a small electronic device that send out a signal that some
Garmin GPS units can receive. The information that is sent can be whatever the
person that owned the Chirp wants it to be. It can be the coordinates to the
next waypoint in a Multi cache or a hint to find the cache.
