1) yes, that would get you all your found caches.
2) Yes again, open the new account and re-log them.
3) Someone probably could write a script somehow to open cache page, 
find log by xyz, copy log, goto the cache page and open new log, paste 
the log into the deal and submit. then move to the next cache page.  If 
i has a zillion caches to relog, i might contemplate it.  It would still 
be quite the hassle nut it could be done. It would just take a little time.

As far as deleting the old logs, I would not.  The other person on the 
account may still want to be represented and is anyone really counting 
how many logs are on a cache page? I don't know how many are on mine nor 
do I care really.
