[GeoStL] Spring Picnic

Well it's time to start thinking about the spring picnic. Pam and I will be
hosting it this year. It will be in Washington at the pavilion down by the
river. It will be April 29, time to be determined. We should have the cache
page out around the end of this month so keep looking for it.
